25-Micron Precision for Flawless Castings

Our 3D printers produce jewelry models at 25-micron layer resolution — that's 0.025mm per layer. At this level of detail, even the finest filigree work, micro-pavé stone seats, and delicate prong tips come out clean and sharp. The printed model is what your casting will look like, so precision at this stage is everything.

We print in castable resin that burns out cleanly during the lost-wax casting process, leaving zero ash residue. No porosity, no inclusions, no surprises when you open the flask. If you need a non-castable prototype for client approval before committing to metal, we do that too.

Upload Your STL

Send your STL file through our quote tool or email. We check wall thickness, support requirements, and orientation before printing. If your file needs adjustments, we'll let you know.

Print & Cure

Your model is printed at 25-micron resolution, then UV-cured for dimensional stability. Support structures are carefully removed by hand to protect delicate features.

Ship or Cast

Receive your printed model by courier, or have us cast it in-house. We go from print to cast to polished metal without the model ever leaving our workshop.

Technical Specifications

Layer Resolution: 25 microns (0.025mm) — fine enough for micro-pavé stone seats and filigree detail.

Materials: Castable wax resin (clean burnout), standard resin (prototypes), and tough resin (master models).

Minimum Wall Thickness: 0.4mm for castable resin. We check your file before printing and flag any areas that are too thin.

Build Volume: Large enough for full necklaces and multi-piece bracelet builds. We optimize plate layout for batch orders.

Turnaround: Same-day or next-day for standard orders. Rush available.
