Jewelry Casting Services

Professional lost-wax casting in gold, silver, platinum, and brass — from 3D printed model to finished metal at our Bangkok workshop.

Lost-Wax Casting for Production-Quality Results

Lost-wax casting is the industry standard for turning 3D printed or hand-carved wax models into precious metal jewelry. We invest your model in a ceramic flask, burn out the wax in a kiln, then inject molten metal under vacuum or centrifugal force. The result is an exact metal replica of your original model — every detail, every texture, every stone seat preserved.

Our casting process handles everything from single custom pieces to production batches of hundreds. We cast in-house at our Silom workshop, which means faster turnaround and direct quality control at every step. No outsourcing, no middlemen.

Metals We Cast

Every major precious and base metal used in jewelry manufacturing.

Gold

9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K in yellow, white, and rose gold. Consistent color and karat accuracy across production runs. Hallmark-ready output.

Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver casting with minimal porosity. Ideal for fashion jewelry, production samples, and silver collections. Clean castings ready for finishing.

Platinum

950 platinum casting for high-end pieces. Higher melting point requires specialized equipment and expertise — we have both.

Brass & Bronze

Cost-effective casting for fashion jewelry, prototypes, and large-volume production. Great for testing designs before committing to precious metals.

Palladium

A lightweight, hypoallergenic alternative to white gold and platinum. Growing in popularity for wedding bands and engagement rings.

Custom Alloys

Need a specific alloy mix? We can work with custom formulations for unique color, hardness, or workability requirements.

The Casting Process

From wax model to raw casting in controlled, repeatable steps.
1

Wax Tree Assembly

Your wax or resin models are attached to a central sprue (the "tree"). Placement angle and gate size are calculated for each piece to ensure complete metal fill and minimal porosity.

2

Investment & Burnout

The tree is invested in ceramic plaster, then heated in a kiln following a controlled burnout cycle. The wax melts and burns away, leaving a perfect negative cavity.

3

Metal Pour

Molten metal is forced into the cavity under vacuum or centrifugal force. Temperature, timing, and atmosphere are controlled precisely for each metal type.

4

Quench & Cleanup

The flask is quenched, investment is removed, and pieces are cut from the tree. Each casting is inspected before moving to finishing.
